Hunk of Meat Monday: Baked Spaghetti

If you love spaghetti and meat sauce, you’re going to love this baked spaghetti recipe. It’s super easy and great for families with young kids. I often make lasagna when I have guests over, but recently decided to try this new spaghetti recipe and it went over well. Enjoy!

Baked Spaghetti


  • 1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (32 ounces) spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 container (16 ounces) ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Yield: 10 servings

  1. I must try this. Our family has been crazy about spaghetti and crockpot meatballs in sauce recently so I am sure they would love this.
