A Chilly Ride

This past weekend we went whitewater rafting on the Kananaskis River in the Canadian Rockies with our friends. The mountain water was fresh as it’s only early June. Fortunately they outfitted us with full body wet suits, booties, fleece sweaters, rain coats and helmets. This was a great introduction to rafting as the rapids were only class 2 and 3. I had a fun time and look forward to next time! Here are some photos from our adventure.

About to go over the edge...
About to go over the edge…
And we're soaked.
… in the chilly water we go…
... and out again. Soaked.
